The challenge
Elitepromo operates several brands in Germany and the UAE. Standard CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot) were too generic, too expensive for 5+ users, and could not sign PDF contracts digitally without external tools.
Our solution
A fully custom CRM with a multi-company architecture: customer data centralized, contracts & invoices per brand. Built-in PDF editor with a signature workflow. Sales pipeline with stage tracking. AI assistant for creating quotes.
