01What happens to our existing emails and data?+
All emails, calendars, contacts and files are fully migrated — using an automated tool with an audit trail. The migration runs in parallel with day-to-day operations, and the switchover takes place in a planned maintenance window. No data loss, no interruption.
02Which license do we need?+
We clarify that free of charge in a consultation. Business Basic (from €6/user) for simple requirements, Business Standard (€12.50) for the full Office apps, Business Premium (€22) for advanced security features such as Intune and Defender. As a Microsoft CSP, we negotiate the best terms for you.
03How secure is our data with Microsoft?+
Microsoft operates data centers in Frankfurt and Amsterdam for EU customers. With the EU Data Boundary, your data does not leave the EU. On top of that, we configure conditional access, MFA and Microsoft Defender — making your M365 tenant considerably more secure than most on-premises setups.
04Can employees work normally during the migration?+
Yes. The migration runs in the background. Employees keep working with their existing system. The final switchover takes place in an agreed maintenance window — typically Friday evening, and by Monday morning everything is running in M365.
05What if there are problems after the rollout?+
We provide ongoing M365 support after the rollout — by phone, remote access or on site. We handle tenant changes, new users, license adjustments and technical issues. No problem is left unresolved.
06How long does an M365 migration take?+
Typically 2 weeks for 20–50 users, 3–4 weeks for 50–150 users. It depends on the data volume and the complexity of your existing environment. We give you a binding time estimate in the initial consultation.
