02Do you have a rollback plan if something goes wrong?+
Yes, always. The old and new systems run in parallel for at least 2 weeks. We never migrate without a complete backup and a defined rollback path. In 40+ migrations, we have never had to use it.
03Can employees keep working during the migration?+
Yes. The switchover takes place in an agreed maintenance window (typically Friday night). On Monday morning, employees log in as usual.
04Will the servers remain in Germany?+
Entirely. Azure Frankfurt and Berlin, AWS eu-central-1. Your data never leaves the EU at any time. All data processing agreements (DPAs) are documented in compliance with the GDPR.
