03How does an infrastructure changeover work without disrupting operations?+
Through a parallel build: the new infrastructure is set up, tested and then switched over during a planned maintenance window. Typically Friday night — by Monday, everything runs on the new infrastructure.
04Do you also create infrastructure documentation?+
Yes, always. Complete network diagrams, device configurations, IP plans and access credentials in a secure documentation system. It is your property — and vital in any IT emergency.
05Do you also take over ongoing operations after implementation?+
Yes. After implementation, we offer monitoring, maintenance and support as a managed service — so you are never again left facing an infrastructure outage without immediate help.
06How much does infrastructure modernization cost?+
